DISPUTE RESOLUTION – ODR / ADR

2. EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may use the official European ODR platform:

This platform allows consumers to submit a complaint and initiate an ADR procedure with an approved dispute resolution body.

3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Body – Slovakia

For Customers residing in Slovakia (or where required by law), the competent authority is:

SOI is authorized to handle consumer-to-business disputes.

4. Conditions for accessing ADR procedures

The Customer may file an ADR request if:

• They have first contacted Zycaro without obtaining a solution,
• The matter concerns a consumer-to-business dispute,
• The dispute does not relate to the Customer’s professional activity.

www.zycaro.com may refuse an ADR procedure if:

• The consumer did not attempt to resolve the issue amicably first,
• The request is clearly unfounded,
• The request is repetitive or abusive,
• The dispute does not fall within the applicable law.

5. Processing time

The ADR body generally issues a decision within 90 days, except in complex cases.

6. Reminder – Professional clients

ODR/ADR procedures are strictly reserved for consumers.

For professional clients (businesses, traders, importers), disputes are governed by:
