Under this commission model, the vehicle is first invoiced to www.zycaro.com by the seller (B2B purchase), then re-invoiced to the Client at the agreed price, including any negotiated discounts, transaction-related fees, and www.zycaro.com’s service fees.
www.zycaro.com acts legally as a buyer-reseller solely within the scope of the mandate, for the Client’s economic account only.
This operation does not imply that www.zycaro.com becomes the personal owner of the vehicle, nor does it create any liability as a professional seller regarding the actual condition of the vehicle, the seller’s declarations, or hidden defects.
3.3 Independence
www.zycaro.com is not affiliated with any manufacturer, dealer, or automotive group.

4.8 Mission of www.zycaro.com
4.8.1
At www.zycaro.com, our role is to facilitate our clients’ automotive procedures with seriousness, transparency, and professionalism.
We provide advice, information, and assistance to help each client move forward in their project and make decisions with greater clarity.
4.8.2
Our intervention aims to simplify steps, clarify situations, and reduce risks, without ever replacing the Client or making the final decision on their behalf.

www.zycaro.com analyses the available information, verifies the elements provided by third parties within reasonable means, and supports the steps required according to the chosen service, while acting strictly within the limits of the mandate granted by the Client.
4.8.4
www.zycaro.com does not guarantee the outcome of a transaction, the actual conformity of a vehicle, the accuracy of a seller’s statements or of an intermediary, or the reliability of a third party.
Our mission is to assist, facilitate, and inform with honesty and expertise, within a clear and secure framework.
4.9 Occasional Authorisations for Administrative Procedures
Certain specific administrative procedures (including retrieving documents from a seller, requesting an official document, or occasional intervention with an authority) may, in rare cases, require a specific authorisation from the Client.
In such cases, a simple written confirmation from the Client (email, text message, or electronic form) is sufficient and constitutes full authorisation.
www.zycaro.com will inform the Client if a specific authorisation is required and will not perform any official action on their behalf without obtaining this prior validation.
5. Services
5.1 Verification (Z-Check)
www.zycaro.com performs informative analyses and verifications regarding the vehicle’s history (VIN, documents, consistencies, pricing).
The reports do not constitute a technical inspection nor a mechanical guarantee.
5.2 Sourcing – Custom Search
www.zycaro.com searches for, analyses, and proposes vehicles that match the Client’s criteria.
The Client remains free to accept or reject the proposals.
www.zycaro.com has no obligation of result regarding the availability of any vehicle.
5.3 Purchase through Commission Agent
When the Client validates a vehicle and pays the required amount under a purchase mandate:
www.zycaro.com (MAHDI HOLDING s.r.o.) acquires the vehicle in its own name, from a third-party seller, under a B2B transaction carried out through its professional contracts and restricted access channels;
The vehicle is then resold to the Client in accordance with the accepted purchase mandate, at the price agreed with the Client, including any negotiated discounts, transaction-related fees, and applicable service fees;
www.zycaro.com acts legally as a buyer-reseller within the mandate, but exclusively for the Client’s economic account, without becoming the personal owner of the vehicle, nor assuming the responsibilities of a professional seller regarding the actual condition of the vehicle, the seller’s statements, or any hidden defects.
The role of www.zycaro.com in this model is to facilitate access to professional purchase conditions while faithfully executing the mandate granted by the Client.
5.4 Opportunities Listed on the Website
Vehicles presented on www.zycaro.com come exclusively from authorised dealerships, professional sellers, or selected partners known for their reliability.
These listings are published for informational purposes, to present verified and pre-selected opportunities, but they remain entirely dependent on the availability of the third-party seller.
www.zycaro.com is not the seller of the displayed vehicles, except in the case of a purchase mandate or a transaction carried out in the capacity of commission agent.
Information, prices, descriptions, photos, and availability come from third-party sellers and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
www.zycaro.com does not guarantee:
• the continued availability of any vehicle,
• the accuracy of information provided by the third-party seller,
• the absence of errors, omissions, or delayed updates on the listing.
Any reservation, purchase, or negotiation remains subject to confirmation by the third-party seller.
5.5 Data from External Providers
As part of its verification services (Z-Check Online, Z-Check On Place, Buy Safe, Smart Choice, All-Inclusive, or any similar service), www.zycaro.com may use information from external databases and specialised providers of vehicle history or verification services.
The Client acknowledges and accepts that:
www.zycaro.com is not the publisher of these external data and does not control their collection, accuracy, completeness, or updating.
Information provided by these external partners may be incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or outdated, independently of www.zycaro.com’s control.
www.zycaro.com uses these data exclusively as a tool to support analysis, without being able to guarantee their content or reliability.
Purchasing a service from www.zycaro.com means purchasing an analysis and assistance service, not purchasing a report issued by an external provider.
The final decision to purchase or not purchase the vehicle belongs exclusively to the Client, who remains responsible for verifying information, if necessary, with competent authorities or independent sources.
Under no circumstances shall www.zycaro.com be held liable for errors, omissions, unavailability, discrepancies, or inaccuracies arising from databases, reports, or external services used within its services.
5.6 Mediation
www.zycaro.com performs, at the Client’s request, a search for vehicles that match the communicated criteria.
The proposals sent are based on the information available at the time of the search and may depend on the responsiveness of third-party sellers, the availability of vehicles, and accessible data.
www.zycaro.com has no obligation of result, neither regarding the availability of a particular vehicle nor the ability to find a vehicle perfectly matching all the Client’s criteria.
The role of www.zycaro.com is exclusively to:
• identify potentially suitable vehicles;
• analyse available listings;
• verify accessible information;
• transmit relevant opportunities to the Client.
The final purchase decision belongs exclusively to the Client.
5.7 Transport
Vehicle transport is executed exclusively by professional transport companies independent from www.zycaro.com.
www.zycaro.com acts only as a facilitator for connection, coordination, or transmission of necessary information, without being a carrier, transport commission agent, or responsible for the vehicle during transit.
Any transport-related claim — notably in case of:
• delay,
• damage,
• loss,
• delivery error,
• mishandling,
• loading or unloading incident,
must be addressed directly to the transporter, in accordance with the applicable transport conditions and relevant legislation (CMR, the transporter’s general conditions, etc.).
