Vehicle Assistance is a professional support service provided by Zycaro to help you find, verify and secure the purchase of a vehicle anywhere in Europe. We assist you throughout the process, from research to coordination of export and transport.
Do you sell vehicles directly?
No. Zycaro does not sell vehicles. We provide independent assistance and verification services. The final transaction is always made directly between the buyer and the seller.
What is the difference between SMART CHOICE and ALL-INCLUSIVE?
SMART CHOICE includes market research, vehicle analysis and purchase assistance. ALL-INCLUSIVE includes all SMART CHOICE services plus physical inspection, on-site verification and full coordination, including transport assistance through our logistics partners.
Can I request a vehicle even if I don’t have a specific model?
Yes. You can fill in the Vehicle Request Form with your criteria and our team will search the European market to find suitable options.
What if I already found a vehicle?
You can submit the vehicle link or details through the form. Zycaro will analyze, verify and assist you in securing the purchase.
Can I choose a vehicle from Zycaro selection?
Yes. If you selected a vehicle from Zycaro, simply provide the reference or link and we will handle the verification and assistance process.
Do you provide physical inspection?
Yes. Physical inspection is included in the ALL-INCLUSIVE package. It includes photos, videos and a detailed on-site evaluation.
Do you help with negotiation?
Yes. Zycaro assists with price negotiation and communication with the seller when applicable.
Do you organize transport and export?
Yes. We assist with export documentation and coordinate transport depending on the selected package.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your request and vehicle availability. In most cases, initial feedback is provided within 24 to 72 hours after receiving your request.
Is the payment refundable?
Payment is validated only after your final confirmation to proceed with a selected vehicle. Once the service is initiated, the payment becomes non-refundable due to the professional assistance provided.
