Z‑Rent – FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
1. Requirements to Rent
To rent a vehicle, you need a valid ID and a driver’s license.
2. What’s Included in the Price
Rental covers the vehicle for the agreed period, fuel excluded. Return with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
3. Additional Fees
Extra fees may apply for:
Pick-up or drop-off outside the standard location
Vehicle return outside opening hours
Exceeding daily mileage allowance: €1/km (standard vehicles), €2/km (sports/premium vehicles)
4. Vehicle Return Conditions
Return the vehicle in the same condition as at pick-up. Any damages are handled via insurance, with a deductible applied.
5. Corporate Rentals
Vehicles can be rented on a corporate invoice.
6. Damage Penalties
Full damage fee schedule available [here].
7. Renting for Someone Else
Allowed if the electronic rental agreement is signed by the driver.
8. Discounts
Available based on rental duration or loyalty programs.
9. After-Hours Return
Possible for €50. For returns between 19:00–07:00, contact us for a personalized quote.
10. Airport Shuttle
Shuttle service available to airports and any other destination upon request.
11. Chauffeur Service
Available for events or special occasions. Contact Z‑Rent for a personalized offer.
12. Pricing
Website prices are base rates (excluding VAT) and may change for extra services like pick-up or delivery outside standard hours.
13. Vehicle Delivery
We can deliver and collect the vehicle anywhere you need.
